- i do have days where i go i can't be bothered, or i'm tired, or i'm stressed so there've been a lot of times in my life but i think the most important thing is, you don't have to feel guilty about not doing anything, you can always get out. it can be 10 minutes, it can be 20 minutes. it doesn't have to anything long or heavy or hard on your body so even just a walk around the block or walking to the coffee shop to get a coffee is always a nice little extra pick-me-up i think. motivating yourself can be hard but getting active doesn't have to be. check out vichealth.vic.gov.au/findyourmotivation
