hi, my name is ashley ludman, from seasideyoga. i'm here today to talk to you about bikram yoga, and specifically, the question,is bikram yoga good for flattening abdominals? so any yoga is beneficial in weight loss,and contracting the abdominal muscles, if you do the style of yoga properly. bikramyoga, specifically, is a yoga that's practiced in a hot room, so not only are you exercisingthe muscles, and creating a contract and release of the abdominal muscles, within each poseand within each breath, but you're also met with a hot room, and essentially, sweatingout your toxins, and sweating out lots of water weight too, so flattening your stomachis, it's a little bit of a puzzle. you have to observe correct eating habits. you haveto observe correct abdominal control, and


contraction, through asana practice, and bikramyoga does help with increasing the detoxification benefits, through the external heat, thatyou'll find, so is bikram yoga effective for flattening your stomachs? i hope so.
