yoga pants target


hey, you guys! today we’re doing my yoga inspired workout. our first exercise is leaning windmill concentrationcurl. you’re going to bend at the waist, get anice, stable base, and then go for your concentration curl.


yoga pants target, second exercise: downward dog toe touches. we’re going to get in a downward dog, thenyou’re just going to reach over and touch the opposite toe. third exercise is side plank press.


for a plank, just rotate your body slightly,lower yourself to the ground and you’re going to press your body forward and backward. our fourth exercise: lunging scorpion pushups. you’re going to start by leaning over, gettingyour hands on the ground, that back leg is going to come over your head. you’re going to go into a deep pushup, walkyour hands back up to start. the final exercise is side plank knee touches. you're going to get into a side plank, you’regoing to bring your top knee up, and you're going to slowly lower it to the ground, andthen kick your leg and arms up toward the


ceiling. i hope you guys give this work out a try. it’s really fun. it has other blueprints in there. especially these that are so strength building. that’s what i love about them. how to put you in different positions we’renot normally used to. kind of like yoga. check out athleanxxforwomen.com.
