the central core of this is understanding of what is yoga. everybody wants to be happy and yoga is aboutthat. i am happy to say the training at vikasa yogawill be the first training done in a natural tropical environment. it is an immersion. its a different feel. you have to come and try it here for yourself. welcome to universal yoga.
