so in the posture trikonasana, triangle, rememberto press through the outer rear foot and the inner forward foot to help you balance sothat as you inhale and draw the energy up through the crown, as you exhale you can rotatethose ribs a little bit more toward the ceiling. so the bottom ribs come a little more forward,the top ribs rotate back, chest is open this way, the top shoulder's rotating slightlyback. we're going to talk about neck positions
