lotus house of yoga

hi, my name is cindy mastry with yoga etc.studio on behalf of expert village. in this clip we're going to demonstrate the tree andhalf lotus with a forward fold. this is april and she's going to help me demonstrate thepose. so she's going to ground to her feet and come into a half lotus position. so she'sgoing to take her right heel to her left hip and allow her knee to open out to the sidekeeping her hips nice and square and level. she's going to inhale in engage her core,reach her arms up and as she exhales she's going to lengthen out of her waist and foldforward. if she can bringing her nose to her knee. then reversing all the way back up reachingher arms up to the sky using her core strength and then releasing the pose. that's the treeand half lotus with a forward fold.
