we are going to learn big toe to hand extensionpose. so standing in tadasana we are going to use what we have already learned in theprevious frame and shift the weight on to the right leg drawing the right knee to thechest. now this one is going to be a little bit more difficult on our balance becausewe want to extend the foot out in front. now gentry is using the strap so if you've gottight hamstrings it is great to fit the pose


mika yoga, to your body. remember this is all about havingfun. extending and giving a little resistance with the strap as you press the foot forward.it is very important that you keep the breath going or you could keep the foot in towardsthe groin. it is important to keep a nice tall spine, lifting up out of the let hipand firmly planting that left foot into the


floor using the inner and outer thighs equallyweighted. very nice. bring the knee back on to the chest and let's shift the weight backon to the side so the right leg is the weight and then we just slowly pick up the knee intothe chest, walk the hands down the shin, grab the big toe with the first two fingers ofthe big hand and then.very nice. bring the knee back into the chest and endthe pose in tadasana.
