shakti yoga

in a previous clip i showed you how to doshoulder stand. in this one i am going to show you plow, or hilasino which is a greatway to come out of shoulder stand. so as you lay back on your back, kick your legs overyour head. if you can't touch the floor behind you, a great way is to rest your behind intoyour hands. if you're more flexible and can do it, what you'll want to do is touch yourfeet to the floor behind you. and at that

shakti yoga, point, if your feet are touching the floorbehind you, then you can bring your hands down to the floor. and slowly round throughthe back, extending out through the feet. then as you're ready, if you want an additionalstretch, even though i'm looking towards you, make sure you keep your head straight. it'svery important for your neck. if you want

an additional stretch, you can bend your kneestoward your head and squeeze your temples with your knees or your ears. about rightin that area. and then slowly as you're ready to come down, press your hands toward theground. using that, taking weight in your hands and in your back, and slowly roll yourselfdown. and you can fold your legs in or extend them all the way down, and just hug your kneestoward your chest. and that's the last of the plow pose.
