so we've just had an exhale. now we are goingfor an inhale. so, lift up your left leg please inhale, exhale to inhale here exhale bendthe knee. and then we are going to take the leg all the way to the floor. inhaling sheis going to straighten the bottom leg and here is a fantastic place for a back bend.this is another seed pose where we can do so many things. come back to a plank poseand we are going to the other side. so to down dog, lifting your right leg up in wildthing. bending the knee, take it all the way over straitening the bottom leg. so she isstill creating an inter spiral pressing the hips toward the ceiling. keeping the rib cagefrom being too high so that she doesn't squeeze the back and come back to neutral and takea break.
