hi i'm hitesh shah on behalf of expert village.let us see how to perform surya namaskar. now let us see how to relax after surya namaskar.lie down on the ground. keep a distance of one and a half foot between your heels. relaxthe legs. your palms are facing towards the sky. your hands are at what distance fromthe body. ankles are half closed. now turn your neck to either side of your body. relaxit. your eyes are closed without any pressure. everything is slow. relax for a few minutesat least after performing surya namaskar. beginners should consult their yoga expertbefore performing surya namaskar.
