hey, guys, how are you? tara stiles, here.so if you're just getting started out with yoga, i've put together a great series foryou. this is definitely for beginners. anybody else can do it too for a nice refresher course.we're gonna start with a routine on flexibility to start to get the body open in a nice easygoing way. then we're gonna move into some strength building routines to get the bodyworking, get your muscles working for you


tara stiles yoga, and also a calm and relaxed way. then, we'regonna build up the core strength here, so you can really have a nice, integrated practice,so everything can move with ease. after your core strength, we're gonna move on to somebreathing exercises to really get your body moving with your breath, so everything startsto flow nice and seamlessly. and finally,
