ladies have brought it here to the middle school here. and all of these girls moans and groaning with us -- . well this a great class. reporter: this is part of program you started, right? well, cody, they actually started it and it's funded

through the curtsy of the voters -- --. what a great idea, getting the blood flowing here. keep going, you're good. don't let me barometric pressure rupt you. interrupt you. -- so you're teaching the

healthy lifestyles and lifestyle awareness and that's really important. reporter: yeah and really cool, we started off with hi, i'm this person and this is how i feel and who ever supportses me. you're so right.

even if it's yourself . reporter: oh, i'm sorry, i moved to another pose. a little hard to do and talk at the same time. we're stepping up and rolling. = =. oh, there you go.

reporter: my spine is all fused together. and down, inhale and stretch all the way up. exhale through the mouth and the mayor works out with everybody? yes, this is his idea. we have done different things

like walks with the mayor and one year, we did a weigh in, it wasn't my idea. [ laughter ] , but this is donalds' idea,. i worked out with police officers and the waits were nothing like this class, i'm sweating like an idiot here.
