don't be angry today. anger is a killer. anger is a poison actually. what is anger? when your blood begins to boil. and it increases or surpasses the boiling degree. so when it is surpasses the boiling degree, automatically your blood becomes a poison. if you are angry on someone you might not hurt other person yet, because you are not hitting the person, but you are already damaging yourself. because anger kills you 1st. so the anger is not good. and it is very difficult to remove anger.


yoga inspiration, because everybody tries to suppress it or control it. and the more you control it, it gets bigger and bigger. it becomes like, no wonder people say it is like a devil. and it is very difficult to remove it. by controlling you cannot remove it, by suppressing you can not remove it. you have to work on your anger. and there are many ways to work anger. many ways to work on anger and there are a few things when you are angry.


i always advise people drink cold water. if you forget, tell someone, that, "if i get angry, give me the cold water." cold water will work right away. if you are angry with someone, just leave that person for awhile. go for a walk. it will help to decrease your anger. your anger is a poison, remember. and you don't want to be angry today because you don't want to kill yourself. it is better to understand your anger and work on it and talk about it, about if you are holding anger with someone else, so you have to talk with the person. and how you will talk it? nice way. not yelling, screaming. it doesn't help. it will create fight. so it is just to talk about it why you are holding anger towards the person. and by talking, slowly it will dissolve.
