next we're going to come into a pose. we cancall it baby cobra or snake pose. so let’s start by coming onto our bellies and letsbring our hands and lets come on to our bellies and come onto our hands next to our bodiesand let’s lift up our chest just a little bit and we can go hiss. just like a snake.let’s leave our legs long and on the floor and go hiss and then we can come back to thefloor and then we can go hiss and come on


yoga kids, back to the floor. let’s do that on moretime. you ready? hiss and we can squiggle with our snakes. sliding and squirming andslithering across the floor. hissing all the way if we want to. hiss.
