yoga masala


welcome to instant cooking today i am making masala curd raita for this we need 1 finely chopped onion, chopped tomato 3 clove chopped garlic coriander leaves, very finely chopped ginger, curd, cumin seed, red chilly powder, chopped green chilly


yoga masala, curry leaves, coriander seed powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste & mustard seed so, take frying pan add 1 tsp of refined oil add 1/2 tsp of mustard seed let them crackle , now add 1/2 tsp cumin seed


now add 3-4 curry leaves 1 finely chopped green chilly 3 clove of finely chopped garlic 1 medium size chopped onion cook onion till transparent now add 1 medium size chopped tomato and toss it up cook till tomatoes is soft, now add salt to taste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp of coriander seed powder 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder


and add 100 gm of curd mix it well remember, you need not to cook the curd now, transfer it to a bowl and garnish it with chopped onion, tomatoes & coriander leaves. so, your masala curd raita is ready. thank you...
