we fly high, no lie, and you know this! ballin'! hey guys, it's lunden and this week i have anabdominal workout for you with a stability ball! okay, so, i have four exercises for youthat are really gonna target your core


yoga mat target, and your abs and yourmidsection, your muffin top whatever you wanna call it. so, each of theseexercises you're gonna do one after the other rest at the end and repeat for five rounds.we really wanna make our abs scream! so, you have twelve supinelimb reaches on both sides.


lay on your back and supportthe ball between your palms and your knees.extend your opposite arm and leg at same time as low as youcan without touching the ground. core engaged, belly button to spine. don't forget to breathe! twelve leg raises with toe reach place the ball in betweenyour feet and crunch up keeping your chin off your chest. you're gonna lower your feet down and up andthen reach up and over towards your opposite


pinky toe. this one's really hard! keep your abs nice and tight the entire time. then twelve stability ball passesfrom your hands to your feet. now, you're gonna pass that ballfrom in between your feet to your hands. when you pass to your hands, feetcome together and lower towards the ground. only lower as low as you can control. keep that low back to the ground. and then we'll finish it offwith twenty ball crunches.


last but not least, crunch it out! put the ball in the middle of your back,right underneath your shoulder blades make sure you get that fullrange of motion, lean back and crunch up towards the sky. chin always off your chest. ugh, so i hope you enjoyed this abdominal workout with a stability ball!my abs are on fire. this is an awesome piece of equipmentif you see one at your gym or maybe you're interested in purchasing one,i suggest that you do! don't forget to leave
