yoga naked

i've got all my gear ready for a little bit of nude yoga. director: hey, where do you put a person's mic if, they're not, you know... sound recordist: it's always difficult when clothes are removed.


yoga naked, not many people like the clip. i'm actually still thinking whether i should do it or not? should i go the full monty?


time will tell. draw the energy down through heart centre. forward fold. well, that was much better than i thought it would be, but i didn't go all the way. so if i'd gone all the way i think it would've been a different experience. but, i'm glad i did what i did.


family call, overall, to make that decision. and it's done now. he he hey! everyone in? yep let's have a look look at that! that's "duck face", then that's just smiling.
