being yoga schedule, fusion of teachings from different lineagesand movement modalities, practiced in a heated room of 95 to 105 degrees. the temperatureof each class is denoted on the schedule. hot power flow yoga classes allow for purifying,heat-building practices that stretch and strengthen the body while releasing impurities, and theseclasses are quite a workout!
