high desert yoga



(sad music plays) do you know what is like to struggle to put on your own socks? do you know what is like not to be able to see your own genitals? i mean it's pretty small, but being fat definitely does not help. you care about civil rights, but do you care about "fat rights?" and that's what we call: "thin privilege." we're told we can be whatever we want when we grow up, but did martin luther choose to be black? did stephen hawking choose to be a dude on a wheelchair?

no! and did i choose to be fat? no. well, i'm sick of your thin privilege. and i'm sick of your fat people hate! today, i'm going to show you that a fat person can be healthy. but first, i need to get some protein. let's start with some yoga.

okey, i need a break. dr. oz says the cheeseballs diet is a really good source of iron. alright, back to the yoga. hang on, it's time to refuel. gatorade's got all the essential nutrients that my body needs. and dr. oz says it's healthier than water. and i like it too 'cause it's got a lot of salt in it. it's time to go hard! let's show him what we got! (motivational music plays)

after a hard workout like that, it's time to carb up. i try not to eat too many nuts tho', because they're high on saturated fats. be creative and train with weights. and off course, don't forget to stop and smell flowers. alright! enough cooling off, let's get back to it! so what do you think about me now? do you really think someone unhealthy can be a yoga master like this? i didn't choose to be plus size. but i am healthy.

i eat right. i exercise. and i am beautiful! and all you fake ass women, who just like muscles and fit men! you're a shallow fat shaming whore! for everybody else, you are healthy and beautiful at every size.
