it just improves my life every single day. my body is more moveable and more flexible i've got a tone of energy. nobody ever thinks i'm as old as i am! i used to have a heap of lower back problems my lower back is now pretty strong in fact my knees as well i play tennis a lot. i used to have a lot of problems with my knees ever since i've started doing bikram yoga. all the problems with my knees have just disappeared its all very good it grounded me. i felt centered. i felt energised at the same time


i felt really balanced, that's yoga! that's the beautiful thing, it doesn't matter what you are coming in for you become balanced. more of what you need, less of what you don't need just more balance. that's the greatest thing i've received as a benefit the hardest thing is taking the first step. just giving it that go the mind is going to tell you its too hard, its too challenging, i'm too out of shape, its too hot! its meant to be challenging, because we are challenging ourselves as beings to open ourselves up give it at least 6 classes before you decide its not for you i know sometimes it can be really confronting


you come into the room, omg its too hard, i can't do this. everyone else in the room looks like they can do it but just take a step back and give yourself more and more time keep coming, making sure your drinking lots of water, hydrating for that time just be really open to the fact that you actually could be better than you think you are after a class, the benefits you get you feel so much better. so much happier you just have a clearer mind. it's just fantastic! it really is. its definately a challenge. come prepared, bring your water go to our website now, check out our schedule. arrive 15 min before class. no need to book. if you've got any further queries, please give us a ring
