welcome to instant cooking today we are making cabbage soupy instant noodles for this we require 100 gm hakka noodles 1/2 inch ginger, 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped soya sauce, green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce 100 gm of finely chopped cabbage schezwan sauce approximately 2 tsp 1 tsp of corn flour dissolve in cold water and 1 small bowl of fried noodle


so, take a kadhai add 1 tsp of sesame seed oil add 1 tsp of very finely chopped ginger saute for a second then add 5-6 clove of finely chopped garlic now add 100 gm of very finely chopped cabbage mix it well and stir fried for 1/2 minute now add 2 tsp of schezwan sauce and mix it well


add 1 tsp of soya sauce mix it again add 1 tsp of red chilly sauce add 1 tsp of green chilly sauce now add 1/2 tsp of vinegar mix all the ingredient now add little bit of salt, always remember every sauce has little salt so add less salt now add approximately 400 ml of water because its a soupy noodles so we need lots of water to make soup


and let it boil once your soup is boiled add 100 gm of hakka noodles and now mix it well cover it and leave it for 2 minutes so after 2 minute mix it again and now add 2-3 spoon of corn flour mixture corn flour dissolved in cold water and cook till your soup is thicken


it will take around 1 minute now add fried noodles to give crispiness to your cabbage soupy instant noodles and your cabbage soupy instant noodles is ready garnish it fried noodles so, please try cabbage soupy instant noodles.
