yoga inversion swing



golf swing is a great breathing and movementpractice for the whole upper body and it's going to, we're going to put our feet shoulderwidth and start with both hands hanging down in front. we're just going to take them upand out to the left side. we're going to turn the hips slightly and point the back toesdown to the ground. and then from here we're just going to drop the arms across the bodyand go up to the other side. so we're going to go side to side, turning the hips, turningthe back leg and then we're going to breathe in as we rise up and then breathe out.
