hi everybody it's marin jayden andwelcome back to clever yoga we're on beginners poses list using our cleveryoga wheel and we're going to be doing a spinal twist using our yoga wheel forsupport so to get started we're gonna sitdown in front of our yoga wheel extending both legs out in front of us


yoga wheel pose, bend your right knee, and gently place yourright hand on this yoga wheel for support it's a really great support totake our left hand cross it over to the outside of our knee so that the elbow istouching the outside and gently apply pressure


as you exhale and give yourselfa gentle twist also look in the opposite direction either beside or behind you breathing deeply here for three to five deep breaths take a break switch sides and thenrepeat for three times total
