here we are at jackson hole, ona glorious, snowy, beautiful day, and i train all seasonlong indoors, so i come up here and reallyhave a good time. if you're really caught up in thenumbers on the scale and the dress size and what's happenedwith the tape measure, chances are that doesn'tmotivate or inspire you. find a new purpose. find a new reason why. we talk about thatat beach body a lot.


what's your reason why? the reason why has got to beso powerful and so strong, you're not going to quit,you're not going to fail, and you're going to beconsistent and you're going to show 5 to 7 days aweek for the rest of your life. and my reason why isbecause i love to ski. and i love adult gymnastics,and i love training hard. and i love that challenge and i lovehanging out with like-minded people who want to go out in theworld and kick some butt.


i want to feel good. i want to be happy. i want to be better at things. that inspires me, and itshould inspire you as well. some days are going tobe better than others. some days are gonna be awesome.some days are gonna stink. that's ok. doing your best changesfrom day to day. understand that, be ok withthat, and if you do that,


life is going to be great. you're gonna feel good. you're gonna be superhappy, and you're gonna be able to go out in the worldin your 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and beyond, and feel just as goodas you did in your teens and 20s. uh-huh, there you go.
