in today's episode of desktop yoga series,we are going to look to see what we could do for the wrists. it's a part of the bodythat gets extremely stiff if you are going to be working on the laptop the whole day. stretch your arms in the front and start torotate the wrists. and in the reverse direction. if you are spending a lot of time on the keyboardand that's ensuring that the wrists get stiff. online yoga, the second is to just flex the wrists up anddown. people working a lot of time on the desktop are prone to carpal tunnel syndrome,which is a very painful condition. so ensure that you keep it flexed. the last exercise and this is something youcan do every evening at the end of your day's work starting to blow out and forcefully throwout the fingers, releasing the tension and stress that has accumulated through the day,working on the keyboard. at home, if you want, you could take a smiley ball and compressit or even better would be to dip a small hand towel in water

i'm julie branum. now we are coming to a placeon our knees where we can begin some breath work. placing the hands on the thighs andkeeping the eyes open or closed depending on what is comfortable to you, start to noticethe inhale and the exhale of the breath. when we draw the breath in through the nose usingthe muscles of the throat we are accessing our ujjayi breath. so it is important thatwe are mindful of how that inhale is drawing ocean yoga, into the body and how our body is exhalingand using the muscles of the rib cage to exhale. good. inhale and inflate the abdomen in thelower back. exhale, relax. inhale start to expand the abdomen and low back and draw thebreath further up into the mid-back and exhale completely. on your next inhale inflate andexpand the rib cage until that breath comes all the way up to the shoulders and the upperback. let's take one more breath here. again like ripples in a lake feeling that breathreach further and exhale completely. good job. thank y

so eka pada yoga dandasana is a pose, oneof many poses where the foot comes on the back of the arms. so, first of all, no lotionon your hands or feet or arms. skin to skin. some folks will use a towel, it's really toughif you're sweaty. and this is where your big pigeon is really going to pay off. so to getinto this, you start by making the no. 4 with the legs and then i'm going to try and getthe foot up the arm. it's going to take a nirvana yoga, couple of moments here for the hip to consentto doing that. and then want to push down with the foot, "ohh", take the leg out, pushwith the foot, "oop", head on the floor. and then when you fall and crumble be out of thispose. i don't know a glamorous way to come out of that pose.

okay, now let's begin grouting our project.you just take, on the pallet knife a big glob of the grout and just press it right on likeyou're frosting a cake. now you want to get into all the crevices and on the sides likethis. all the way around. bring it right up close to the cookie cutter and squeeze yourgrout into all the cracks and crevices. all the way down. now coloring the grout yourselfwith paint is nice if you, like on this project, mosaic yoga, we're going to be painting the back and wewant it to match the color of the grout. so it's nice for that. you can buy pre-coloredgrout but you don't get the advantage of having a quick match of the paint. it's a littlebit of a messy project. just push all that grout right in, all the way around until you'vecoated the whole hand. okay, you just keep spreading the grout on like this. to do thefingers you'll need to get your pallet spreader inside and really push the grout in on thesides and all around.push
